This stove came with our model home. We have had a LOT of Kitchenaid appliances in the past, but this one is disappointing, to say the least. Problems: simmer function burner does not work as promised. Just turning the knob feels like it rubs plastic on plastic, then FINALLY turns on. Grates: trying to keep them clean is difficult. Because they are rough coated, food sticks to them, and if you soak them, be prepared for rust. Fittings on burners hard to clean without scratching. The engineers who design these should use them for a while before marketing, and they would likely fix these issues. We have Kitchenaid in both of our houses, but the ones purchased in recent years are not up to the standard we expect from our old favorite manufacturer. Recently emailed with problem with our Kitchenaid pro 600 mixer, and have never received a reply. We're just disappointed that the brand isn't all it used to be. I just finished cleaning my cooktop, which prompted me to look up info on this web page, hence the review. By the way, I cannot view your terms and privacy notice, but cannot proceed without agreeing...

I purchased my stove a couple of months ago. I love it!!! I love the middle burner and am enjoying cooking more than ever before. Only bummer is cleanup, I want to get it just as clean as brand new everytime, but the rings are staining and I don't know how to get that off.

Love it!

Our range was installed about 2 months ago in our new home. I have been using it for a little over a month. The flames were set to high at the factory but husband was able to adjust them. Haven't used the small melting burner alone yet but will come Christmas baking time. So far I just love the range! Would purchase again! The stainless is a bit of a pain in the butt to keep clean but worth it!
