Moved into a new apartment within my building. The washer/dryer they had was from the late 90s and would fill up with 2 towels. I asked the building if I could get a newer, bigger one. This is what they replaced it with and if I had know, I would of kept the old one. Like all the other reviews state: The drum only fills up 1/3 to 1/2. Its a full size drum but you can't actually get a full load cleaned. Every time I do a load, I have to use a large stock pot and add water, twice (once for wash and once for rise). When I asked a building maintenance person about this, they said all of them are like this. What a horrible design. Why make the drum full size if I can't actually use it? I've seen some replies to the same complaint and they all say: "Ball up clothes and place them around the edge of the drum." Well doing this leaves me with the same load size as the 1990s washer I had before. Even worse, one reply to someone stating they couldn't wash a set of sheets: "We don't recommend washing a full set of sheets"! What a joke! The sad part is I am stuck with this piece of junk until I move out. If you're looking for a new stackable washer, do your self a favor and don't buy this. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Not worth owning. Fills to only about 6 inches on heavy soil setting. Clothes not washed or rinsed adequately. Dial hard to read AND the machine has broken down at 1 year 1 month after purchase when in use by a one-person household. My 2 other stackable each functioned over 20 yr each without repairs. One year on this one? = zero quality and design. I give it a minus 2 stars due to the impact to retirement income on having to repair a recent purchase.

Machine is good, but there is no so much space for heavy loads and comforters.
