The Pros: The unit looks great. It is one of the very few that you will find with trim along both sides and the back that allows it to sit over the edge of your countertop. Gives a nice finished look. Has some pretty cool features for cooking. The Cons: We had to have the first unit replaced due to poor quality workmanship. The ceramic inside the oven was chipped and the trim (mentioned above) was warped, thus it would not sit flat on the countertop. The unit is a pain to clean without scratching. Even after five months of use the knobs get sticky and do not adjust the flame easily. Lastly, the workmanship on this unit still has some issues. Overall Electrolux: Just not worth the money. These have the price tag of medium to higher end appliances, but do not come through as expected. We also purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave/oven wall unit. The microwave/oven unit has also been completely replaced due to faulty controls (which took nearly a month by the time the manufacturer accepted that it could not be repaired). As I type this, the oven half of the unit is currently non-operational and we are waiting on a service call (earliest appointment was six days away). 4 units for $10K+...again, not worth it.

This review is based on several experiences with this particular model and it's predecessor. I bought this range with the understanding that Electrolux makes an excellent product. Unfortunately I've been disappointed to the say the least by the response and actions taken from Electrolux corporate. My previous range (the predecessor) was replaced because Electrolux could not correct the many issues with the range that primarily stemmed from the electronic mother board. They made me wait several months for them to make a replacement model telling me their engineering department has worked out all the flaws and issues with this model. After almost a year, I finally receive the new model hoping my troubles were over. Unfortunately what engineering thought they corrected remains to be a major issue with this range as with the previous model. I'm now back where I started, dealing with authorized service centers in hopes of convincing Electrolux to refund me for this $3,000 range.

I'm loving my new stove. It bakes evenly, and is beautiful to look at.

Looks nice, easy to clean.

I bought this replacing my gas glass top because it was the only model with proof and dehydrate features. I would like one more flat rack for the ovenyou can't bake 3 pans of cookies with the pull out.
